3、 Mechanical structure design
1. The box body is composed of cast steel components to form a sandwich type, which has good heat dissipation effect and low noise.
2. The screen mesh system is semi cylindrical, with smooth discharge and no accumulation of material. It is easy to replace the screen mesh. For models 320-350, only open one upper and one lower nozzle plate from the feeding port to fix the moving knife; The 300-400 model only needs to rotate a single handle ball to lower the bracket, without the need to disassemble the casing, which is fast and convenient.
3. The tool material is made of T10 or 9 chromium silicon tool steel, which has high toughness and strength and does not require frequent grinding of the tool.
